Congratulations to the 2022 graduates of the Delta Early Childhood Education program!  At an on-line ceremony on June 16, adult students graduated from the Basic Certificate program and the Post-Basic program.

Delta School District’s Continuing Education branch is approved provincially by the Ministry of Children and Family Development as an ECE training institution, has been teaching early childhood educators since 1969, and is certified by Employment and Social Development Canada.

Instructor, Chris Roskelley, congratulated students with a song inspired by the students’ experiences of the last 2 years.  In part, she sang:

Our time together, an inspiring journey.

Every moment with intention and full of joy.

Yes there were times when things went wrong.

But all was cured with a great piggyback song.

You built community, you made good friends.

And now know learning never ends.

We’re parting ways with memories dear.

And YOU’RE ON MUTE was the quote of the year.
