This is a see/touch/taste demonstration-style class that will demystify the process of making your own cheese.  Learn how to make your own hand-stretched mozzarella cheese, turning it into an appetizer your foodie friends will love, along with some creative and unique serving ideas.  This class uses vegetarian rennet but dairy is also used.  The instructor travels all over North America to teach the joy of cheesemaking to cooking professionals and home cooks alike.  Instructions and ingredients to make mozzarella at home are included.
